Fast pace, but wage is low
It is repetitive job and fast pace working with minimum wage. Had to work hard continuously all the time.It would be good for people who want to gain lab experience after their graduation.

Great support from leadership, pay could be better
Pay is significantly below the national average for chemical engineers, but company culture is positive and leadership is solid in terms of offering professional development.
Test Technician in Bristol

Weak management, poor training
Local manager had no control over staff. Promised training was never delivered. I was expected to complete projects that I didn’t know how to do. I was constantly fobbed off by colleagues in other branches when seeking help. High staff turnover, after a year, I was the longest serving member of staff

Productive and friendly workplace
Very productive workplace and friendly staff which make you feel welcome. I started as a student and I learnt many things. The staff made it more enjoyable.
