Avoid at all costsConstant nagging day in day out. You can never do anything right. Unfair opportunities down to favouritism, making up job roles to give to their friends for higher salaries. Constantly being watched and picked on. Very high staff turnover which isn’t surprising at all. Management needs seriously looking at.. AVOID

Draining place to work.If you don’t value your mental health, this is the company for you. Relentless complaining about the most minute things. Not allowed to interact with other staff members outside of the company, constant double standards from management towards their ‘favourite’ members of the team. Constantly changing the rules to suit themselves and making up job rolls so their ‘friends’ can do little; to no work all day. Not allowed to interact with other members of staff unless it’s work related or of course, you’re one of said favourites. Most draining and toxic role I’ve ever had. Do not recommend.

StressfulInitial interview was good management and members of staff are friendly enough. The toilets never get serviced so the job consists of making up new excuses and lying to customers as to why it hasn't been serviced and being shouted at all day on the phone. The routes and ETA's on the system never seem to match up with the transport team or never get done without reasons being provided so again you are just making up new excuses daily and trying to re-route which then also get missed. Route will be set up but the driver will finish the day at 2:30pm in order to get home on time (understandable) but means that 3 hours of the working day gets missed. After one week's training you are expected to answer every single call that is transferred to you. You are not able to solve one customer or update the system as you are then transferred another call 2 seconds later. Found it very stressful and the working day and processes did not flow/gel together. Members of staff not having a clear view of the day just constantly getting up and walking over to one another aimlessly

Definitely more pro’s than con’sExcellent company to work for. Management always on hand to help. Every day is different, along with the freedom of the open road driving to different locations. The job can be a tiny bit stressful when trying to meet customers demands, but the tasks are easily overcome. Meet new people almost every day. Really good wage. Never a dull moment. Had to leave due to personal medical issues.
