Assistant Call Centre Manager in Devon
on 30 June 2016
EuroplasWorking in a target driven busy canvass room, keeping staff upbeat and motivated to make appointments for field sales agents, confirming appointments and entering them on to computerized diary, maintaining a fun environment whilst striving at all times to meet targets. Working in retail and marketing, a high level of customer service is involved, face to face or by phone, dealing with any queries or complaints swiftly and sensitively. I have always maintained a very good relationship with staff and management.
