Easy enough
Easy enough place to work for a first job, but can doesn't feel very ethical. Staff are generally very friendly with management being a bit stuck up sometimes. Generally good

Minimum wage
Awful culture, minimum wage. Pushy management. Some of the lads working in the jobs fine. Quality of the products and installation team is actually really good. Management attitude is just awful though. Quit after 3 months

Bad job, bad pay
Getting paid minimum wage to hear abuse on the phone for four hours every day is not worth it. Miserable job due to its nature, only made worse by rude management.

Good and a typical day at work the people there are alright but they tried paying me a under 18s wage when I’m over 18 couldn’t really say the pay was good either

Needlessly stressful
The pay is decent if you're a younger person, but the constant pressure to meet targets is far too stressful. Some managers are very overbearing and try to intimidate you into doing better despite the result not being guaranteed.
