Productive but safe company to work for
Good company to work for, expect work load to be done but no pressure to complete if can’t be done safely, bit of a motto, if it can’t be done safely today, there’s always tomorrow.

Life at Eurovia.
This use to be a good job before the company was taken over by theFrench company Eurovia, people were helpful and enjoyed the work that they do but there is no advancement in this company unless you have a big brown nose . The job is only seasonal and although I was with the company a long time I was never offered a Full time position because of the area in which I lived .Some of the foreman and Supervisors are alright to work for but some are not, Since the original company was taken over by Eurovia the company lacks the drive and incentive to chase other areas of work in the Uk.Management do not really care about the workforce that has served them for the last number of years and return every year in order to complete the work in the timeframe they are allotted.
Highways Inspector in Hertfordshire
I work for Ringway which is the same company. I have worked here for 4 years and have advanced to Highways Inspector.
For me personally Ringway have been brilliant. Decent management team who are very approachable and in general, sympathetic to any personal situation. My colleague's are mostly great guys and gals which gives a good sence of camaraderie. The pay/wage isn't brilliant but it's not poor either.
