A company with family at its heart

As a result of Excelcare being a family-run company, family means everything to us – it underpins our whole organisation. From our values to the way we treat the people we care for, their families and friends, our professional partners, team members, and those looking for care, family is at the very heart of everything we doOur-Story-Image-2-with-caption.jpg.

This approach leads to our unwavering drive to deliver individual, person-centred care with empathy, kindness and compassion – the sort of high-quality care we would want our own loved ones to receive. Coupled with excellent care and providing a high quality of life to the people who live with us, we strive to create welcoming and relaxed environments which people are proud to call their home. Homes where they feel safe and cared for and where their visitors always feel welcome and love spending time.

We couldn’t achieve our aims without our dedicated team members who are carefully selected, not only for their experience and skills but, just as importantly, their caring natures, passion and values which complement and match our own. We are also conscious that it is important, alongside our caring approach, to be disciplined in order to meet our responsibilities in terms of regulation, safeguarding the people we care for and ultimately ensuring we provide the very best care.
