Expectations very different to reality.

Typical factory culture. Shop floor staff looking for brownie points at every opportunity. Middle management was very poor in my dept. Poor comms, went from job to job to job without being able to finish your current task due to shocking organisation skills. You can work OT for weeks but when you say no, the previous weeks are forgotten about. The lads are helpful, management poor.

Worst Place To Work

it was the worst place I ever worked. The culture is very dated and they don't appreciate those who are non-confirmative within their business. Quite discriminatory, stressful and the management do not listen. They basically want you chained to the desk.
