I loved my time with Exclusive. They really do care about their team and it comes from above.I'd still be there if I hadn't left the industry.If you care about your development they will support you as far as you want to go.It's not perfect as nowhere is really but they certainly aim to be a great employer.

Hard work but good people

a physically and mentally exhausting job made worse by management level incompetence, the people you work alongside (in all departments) are generally lovely but the job itself was not worth doing long term

I have worked at an Exclusive Collection hotel since June 2022. I feel the company cares much more about keeping it's employees happy than MANY other companies, we are treated like individuals not numbers. Staff are well paid and very well looked after, Management care and are easy to talk to and in turn we look after each other. It's a happy place to work!
