Awfull company to work for. If the managers or team leaders dont like you, they will just get rid of you with no notice at all. The job is Mostly using silicone guns to seal the pannels in and riveting ect.... You use worn out tools and equipment They expect you to lift very heavy fans onto the tops of the machines with no health and safety in mind. All the manual labour jobs are very easy,...

WILL get rid of you, with little or no explanation, if you don't do the " completely voluntary" overtime, either before or after your regular working hours.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Awful place to work and expect to be laid off with little notice. Terrible organisation and production techniques random to say the least. Expect to work with old, worn out machinery and with little regard to health and safety. Early finish on Fridays which is the only positive!
