Attended a open day, this meant you are interviewed in a small group but also then interviewed one on one with two of the senior team members.
Lasted a couple of hours as a tour of the facility was included.Read your job description ensuring that you fully understand the expectations of you, ask questions prepared beforehand at the end of your interview.
I prepared by looking at reviews on here I then took a look online for news letters and general info about the company. I have head so many say if you work hard you soon work your way up. If you have care experience this can grately help with some assment questions.
