Great company but pays less

The most useful review selected by IndeedEXL has great clients to work for but unfortunately they take extra steps in not paying you what you deserve. Appraisals don't cover for inflation and a lot of the assistant managers are like headless chickens not knowing what to do.

EXL also provides functional services, such as finance and accounting, legal support, and analytics to even more industries, including professional services, retail, manufacturing and energy.
The UK office has a lot of veterans with strong track record.

Challenging workplace

Company caters a worlwide equipment rental, so the pressure is always there. Answering and giving service to the customers at our very best is quite challenging. OTs, holidays were not considered to get off at work because of client and business requirement

Not recommend
Pathetic management and worst work culture.
Low calibre people are at top as a result you are underestimated.
Most of them typically start working after 5 pm (They go for shopping/personal work during day/work time)
