Good work life balance
Work life balance is good but you need to make sure of that yourself with setting boundaries around flexible working which can easily turn to working around the clock if you let it. Salaries are a bit lower than market average from what I hear. Benefits pretty basic. Typical company politics you would expect but overall a good place to work.

Poor work life balance, very low morale and culture. Very disappointing experience at what on the face of it looks to be a company with good values, they definitely don’t live up to them, so watch out!
