As a result Experian lacks a cohesive strategy, investment road maps, etc. Used to be a great and innovative company until flotation when greed took over.

Targets that fluctuate depending on change in management, targets that are already hard to meet but reachable, set to get tighter, also B2B relationships should include informing their own customers what we actually do, store the data not make the decisions and need permission to make changes to those records
