Poor management - run by son and mother who are hard to work with. Treated unfairly several occasions but nothing was done to reciting it. 30 minute break given but your expected to eat at your desk, come early and stay late and no out of hours payment is given.
manager was absolutely disgusting the way she spoke to her ( staff ) some of the colleagues I worked for wasn't the best people to be around they would stab you in the back if they could and higher positions don't understand the work people do as of praising them.

Taking incoming calls from customers re outstanding works and installations. Implementing customer service processes. Learned how the products were manufactured and put together which helped when the customer spoke about certain parts of the doors. The team I worked within we all worked well together and helped one another out wether it was part of your job or not. The hardest part of the job was learning all the different components on the doors. The most enjoyable part of the job was when we delivered exceptional customer service to problem installations and being that one point contact,
flexibilty with hours
