Fantastic place to work

It's a lovely place to work as long as the team is a good fit. Staff turnover quite high mainly because wages are low for certain roles. Good experience but too much work load for not enough pay.

Loved the residents and my colleagues

Management was not ideal. Staffing levels were constantly changing and left us as team leaders in impossible situations to cover calls. Constantly told we should be getting our work done but that was impossible as we had to take on the carers jobs to cover calls as we were understaffed.
