Not bad
Not bad company to work for. Work life balance could be better. People are nice. It can take time to get things done. Health policy could be better. Overall not too bad.

Fun to work for .
A good place to work for . Flexible working arrangements with an option to work from home 3 days a week. A good bonus scheme and a generous pool of benefits

Challenging, great team environment, flexible
Challenging projects that allow you to push beyond your comfort zone, pay is fair for Big4 once you've gotten to Manager and above level, great colleague environment - not the best benefits and a lot of partner politics that directly impact employees

Freedom to share ideas but demanding hours
Interesting work, although demanding hours/requirements can make it difficult to sustain. Leadership are keen to listen to ideas and views from all.
