Reviews about Pay & benefits for Human Resources Advisor at EY
Not forward thinking
HR Advisor (Current Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 17 August 2017
EY do not value their staff. Maybe knowing that the brand attracts new employees they know that their vacancies will not be open long. Their is a lack of diversity at management level and this has been the case for my time at EY.
Ratings, salary bandings etc are not made transparent and therefore you are in a position where you have to accept their decision as final as the culture is not to present openness.
Work expectations are unrealistic with even part time staff having to retain a full time workload with no option for overtime.
I have learnt the importance of having a good manager and how that can make or break a person's workplace experience and growth.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the actual role that I do and my colleagues
Pros
my colleagues
Cons
culture, lack of diversity
