Reviews about Pay & benefits for Human Resources Advisor at EY

Not forward thinking

EY do not value their staff. Maybe knowing that the brand attracts new employees they know that their vacancies will not be open long. Their is a lack of diversity at management level and this has been the case for my time at EY. Ratings, salary bandings etc are not made transparent and therefore you are in a position where you have to accept their decision as final as the culture is not to present openness. Work expectations are unrealistic with even part time staff having to retain a full time workload with no option for overtime. I have learnt the importance of having a good manager and how that can make or break a person's workplace experience and growth. The most enjoyable part of my job is the actual role that I do and my colleagues

Pros

my colleagues

Cons

culture, lack of diversity
