The most useful review selected by IndeedWork-life balanceIs typical company usually you start from 7am to 3:30pmJob security and advancementIf you want to advance, you need to enroll in their apprenticeship program for 4 years!OverallThe company is not paying me enough! Currently I'm a journeymen electrician running a 3 floor building and my salary is a joke. They have good benefits but the covid19 has affected them pay scale is been affected for their employees as well!

Work was ok but I did not always have the help I needed to move pipes.I enjoyed using my welding skills to accomplish the projects. It was a good company overall.

Great place to work

FSG is such a great company to work for. I've met folks from multiple branches across the U.S. and they have all been friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! A lot of folks have worked here 15-20 years, so that definitely says something about the company and managers
