Good workplace
Overall happy with company, but some people are not, depending on job role. Paperwork is inundating, seriously novadays it should be massively reduced, with modern technology available to store information safely.

to much dead wood
as an outsider coming in to council from private sector it was a shock to the system they are at least ten years behind with IT and they have that much dead wood at senior level you wouldn't spark a match these individuals have been with council to long and it tells they don't want to improve or save they want there hols and there money with no hassle or change

Good Team
I'm lucky enough to work as part of a good core team but staff turnover has increased recently. Good holidays but they are fixed. No progression in my current post. Pay is not commensurate to job and should not be pro rata.
