Great place to work
I am proud to work for the Family Care Trust, and they are the best employer to date in my career. Management and my work colleagues are friendly and helpful. I am humbled to help vulnerable adults and make a difference to their lives.

supportive place to work
going into service users house's and doing the tasks that are requested by the service order. I have learnt alot while in this job as I came from catering and I'm still always learning as all service users are different but at the same time this can be very difficult as you are going into peoples houses. The management and co workers are all helpful and friendly.
