In the beginning was perfect place to work. Since 2018 no bonus anymore and the pay rate is £10.20. they don't pay breaks. The colleagues are the best that's the thing what keep me here.

Over load and over pressure

There are groups in some departments they are supporting there relatives if no one belongs to them then they are will press you more they will give you stress.they are laughing on new team members i think i will ever join there agian in my life if they are paying me £100 per hour.there is no complaint systems the most of senior workers like supervisor or blue helmet persons are bosses for new joiner its difficult to learn in some deparments rasism is more than outside.

No work life balance

Just a horrible place to work say you're working 5 over 7 end up working 6 days plus one weekend in 7 weeks mangers have there favourites and if you're not in that group you're at the bottom of line

Wouldn’t bother

Wouldn’t work there again! The agency are ignorant and couldn’t careless about their staff. Was actually excited to be working again well wasn’t I wrong. No health and safety measure when it comes to fire safety.
