The most incredible place I’ve worked
I absolutely loved working at Fatface. It was like a family. The work could be slightly strenuous at times and there were occasionally rude customers but the team helped with everything and whenever you needed assistance you had people to go to. It was such an incredible job.

Good place to work
My team members were very nice and the customers lovely. The place was too slow for my liking but enjoyed the generous staff discount. The mere wasn’t much to do some days but could very busy in others
Christmas Temp in Norwich, Norfolk

Christmas Temp Job - a decent place to work
Quite competitive and sales based. The training was good and taught some useful skills about retail and building customer rapport. Group interview was styling and presenting an outfit which was fun. They care more about how much you sell than who you are imo, however the products are decent so it doesn't feel like the hardest sell. Most of the staff were friendly but it's hard to bond during work hours as you always have to "look busy" on the shop floor. Can be a bit like watching paint dry on a slow day! Customers are usually very friendly. All in all, if you enjoy customer service, are a strong salesperson who can work to targets, and are assertive you will get on well here. If you don't like a competitive element to your work, or upselling doesn't interest you, you might not enjoy it so much. Also the pay is good!!!
