The company is not well organized and the tension is huge. Before Christmas they moved the depot from Northampton to Banbury and then we also worked at Swindon 2 days a week...definitely not recommend

Don’t work for this company

Don’t ever work for this company terrible rip you off with van hire and insurance.. ….. give you fat to many parcels to deliver and don’t pay fuel costs .. constantly lie to you as well ..

Im not a negative person but stay away from this company management is very poor and clueless they keep 3 weeks wage in hand also u will have to pay for fuel thats like £700 out of your pocket they hold onto and if u rent a van I highly recomment not to and if u do take before and after pic/video before returning the van or else they will keep all your money over a small scratch I would give 0 star if it was possible stay far away people dpd pay better and no deductions.

Awful place of work

They are an unorganised company that do not treat workers with any respect. All payments are late and often a hassle to communicate with them to sort this.Often unsure when you can work as they often cancelled shifts 10-11 pm prior to shift next day. This was an awful place of work with no help or minimal communication with management and would not recommend working here.

No proper schedule you never no when your going to have work till the night before , wages held for 3 weeks from start of work and 3 week after leaving, they then add damages you dont do with huge repair cost you would expect from a High end main dealer

Worst job I have had in 14 years of my working life

Terrible company to work for. They promise you work/shifts then text you at 10pm the night before that a route isn’t available. Obviously not a sustainable way to live as you need money to get through life. Supervisors were terrible.. specifically the communication. They promise work will pick up. However this never happens. I was told 2 days a week work.. which with bills and van rental costs it would leave me with next to nothing. My time working here has actually left me in debt now and to top it all off. They have claimed damages on the van. A total of £1500. Please avoid and don’t fall for the trap of the supervisors promising work at the start and misleading you into a false sense of security, (which is what I did). Lesson learned.

Terrible place

Really the worse place I’ve ever worked. Had far too much pressure to deliver 80+ stops on my first day! Being shouted at like I was a kid from so Called ‘managers’ experienced almost daily. Finally even though you’re self-employed, I got fired for having a day off. Very unprofessional. Only plus is the money is decent

they promise something and after two weeks they do something else .they invent some van damage and they not give you the money from the agreament.this is a big company and they do this things from such a long taht you cannot do anything against them

Absolutely disgusting Company to work for... avoid like Covid if you can!There is NO communication whatsoever, management is poor and rude.. just one or two are nice people, rest won’t bother you at all..The worst experience in my life, long hours, very physical stressing job for what? Paying the van to them! You are left with an awful amount of money at the end... the worst thing though is when you give the Van back they begin to chase you and blackmailing you stating you owe money for van damages that you’ve never done!!!! Absolutely shocking! I had evidence and pictures of the van when I gave it back and they came up with fake damages just to try to pay what someone else did! I absolutely not recommend this bunch of criminals at all! Stay away...

Its an interesting job!

Greatest company to work for. Very easy to apply, everyone’s helpings you even before your interview. All colleges are nice and always friendly, it is a great work atmosphere. No one will regret if applies to a job at FDL.

Ive been working for fast despatch for 4 months now from the Belfast depot and enjoy it immensely. Management are very accommodating and help and solve any issues immediately. There's a real sense of team effort from all. Correct invoices are paid weekly without any issues. I go to work with a smile and return home with a smile. Can not fault this company at all, especially the management.

3 weeks in and all good so far. Even at this busy time your slowly built up on a route to and sent help if your on a challenging route. Help is always there.
