Ramp Handler in Stansted
on 3 July 2022
Busy, fast paced
Stable job but there is no room for progression as the senior management and supervisors have been there for years and have no plans on moving on.Poor pay for such a physically demanding role and at present one of the lowest paid operators in the industry. It is basic pay for basic work

Great place to work
Fantastic company, great pay, lovely staff and very understanding management. So far extremely accommodating to existing problems I had before my role began.

Not a nice place to work
No management support Used to be a great place to work many years ago. Bad management and bully's in workplace .There is no support from management which is a Shame as never uses to be like that .To many childish people who are supervisors that should know better
Prefer not to say in Coventry

Gone downhill
Management are unsupportive, a lot of this is because they don't understand the job or processes, even though some of the processes they did do at some point. Promotions are given to favourites who usually do not have the knowledge to do the job. They promote those that self promote in interviews. So you find those in supervisory and management don't have a clue
