Ok
Its an okay place to work, however the company do not care for their employees as they state, very slow to do anything and no meaningful pay rises. Good team culture and values

Traumatising Experience
A typical day involved speaking to customers on the phone while tracking their shipments.I learned about how logistics worked. Management were awfully uneducated, it was embarrassing. They obviously haven’t been trained and treated you like subhuman scum. They acted all high and mighty and belittled most staff unless you were in their clique. They don’t care about your mental or physical hea...

Horrible
Quite honestly it’s a terrible place to work, the higher management are poor and don’t really care. The place has a toxic culture and it is very unfair, if the managers are scared of you, you can do what you want when you want. I work hard and don’t feel any job satisfaction although the pay is good I cannot wait to leave
Operations Assistant in Carrickfergus, County Antrim

Terrible
Avoid at all costs, you’d be better homeless than working here. The staff are cliquey and rude to eaveryone that doesn’t fit. Management is a joke I swear

Not as it seems
Great people to work with, if your expecting to go Hybrid straight away, you won’t expect it to be 13 weeks or more. It’s 90% call centre work.If you wanted to be shouted at down the phones this is the job for you.
