very strict, conflicts of interest, slow progression.
I worked there for more than 3 years. The Depot Manager is great but the office personnel you have to work with needs to trained better. They have no communication skills. They shout at drivers and other employees. They do not give a penny on other people's opinions. They disrespect everybody. some people shouted at me. Some people swore at me...more than once. And when you say the truth - you are no good, but only a liability.

Inside sales. Toxic and corrupt work environment, with a very cliquey attitude. Shockingly bad levels of incompetence at management levels!
commission structure was changed from 10% to 2% With tripled increase in KPI. blatant levels of in-house misconduct, verbal abuse and even ethnic race jokes, from team leaders and other employees, being witnessed by senior Sales managers, and passed off as banter. Team leaders incompetent at taking action over unruly behaviour. Massive incompetence levels from sales manager to address malpractice of in-house double standards, over disciplanary policies, and abuse of position by Sales manager, to bully and purposely target any employee, who didn't fit in, because they refused to suck up, when what they really required was empathy and genuine support, instead corporate "lip service" from senior management. Overall, a thoroughly negative place to work.
2 weeks Training in Holland paid for.
Highly conviluted, commission system, based on unrealistic KPI's. Highly corrupt and shockingly unprofessional levels of double standards, and blatant abuse of management powers in bullying any employee, who is singled out for not sucking up

Repetitive heavy work, breaks not spaced out enough for type of work involved. Agency workers given the worst jobs. Job was till finish. Sometimes finish at midnight, other nights finish at 3am. You’re only told you’re finishing 5 minutes before you do!

I got to work here for nearly a year, the staff were brilliant and everyone is family orientated. Brilliant place to work. I was there temporary. The managers were lovely and the work is flexible.
