Stressful and underpaid
The management don’t care about the staff like they should. You’re made to twist the truth to parents. Very stressful and never in ratio, whenever you ask for help is very rarely given and there isn’t enough resources given to the rooms to help with child development and activities.

Always progression
Been with Fennies for over 5 years I have been able to progress from a level 3 practitioner to a deputy manager. I have had the wonderful opportunities to work alongside amazing staff/ education team to not only up skill myself but also having the opportunity to up skill others. We are not singled out as individual teams but we are one big family who support eachother
