Good team dynamic with management that welcome new ideas.
Variety in day to day and opportunity to make your mark within your area. Opportunity to travel to different locations and flexibility to office/home balance .

no no no
Management changing all the time, too many bossing around, although good for non experience candidates , part time jobs, the tills old fashion way, everything was done manually (no stock check automatically, printed labels...) and so on....

Lovely place but poor management
I’ve worked with fenwick for almost a year, in that time I’ve met and engaged with so many people and most have been wonderful. However the management clearly do not appreciate what we and the amount of time and effort that put into into the company, we do not get fair recognition or compensation nor do we get treated with any sort of respect as people and workers. Also it is extremely rare to see any one get a promotion or pay rise no matter how much effort they provide, which is very discouraging and sad to see so much wasted potential in all these younger people especially.

Ok
This is an ok place to work as your first job. Many people here who will work here for life. Absolutely no room for progression at all, wage is minimum although some departments deserve a lot more.
