It depends on the level you are interviewing for, however a basic interview will cover FCA values such as backbone, judgement etc. You will be asked to give scenarios and what you did in these situations.

Answered 6 July 2020Normally 300 words on why you would like to be placed in that particular role, in addition to sending your CV. You will be invited for one interview and usually hear back fairly quickly. If you are unsuccessful you do not always hear back which doesn't help.
