If you wanna work in a place where you are a number and nothing else go here
PCV Bus Driver (Former Employee) - Bath - 31 October 2023
Overtime always available to anyone who isn’t employed by first I.e agency drivers who are paid more than you anyway. Managers couldn’t possibly do any less for you. Hardest part of the job was finding a manager. Workplace culture was if you can’t work that shift tough it’s what you’ve been given, unless you are one of the favourites then you get what you want always.
Pros
Free travel cheap train tickets canteen ability to earn £800 per week
Cons
Managers, certain T.C’s certain Inspectors, lots of snakes who pretend to be your friend but stab you in the back

Management don’t give a toss about us
PCV Bus Driver (Current Employee) - Basildon - 25 October 2023
Management don’t care at all about the drivers! Very stressful and good percentage of customers have no manners and are ungrateful, best part of the job is going home.
Pros
Good work colleagues
Cons
As above
