Joined the senior leadership team back in August and been very impressed. All colleagues have been so welcoming and the energy, commitment and drive behind a new plan makes it a really exciting place to be. With a move to a new office planned later this year it will increase the brilliant levels of collaboration we already have. A great place to be!

Standard call center workplace

Temp (Former Employee) - Haywards Heath, West Sussex - 19 October 2018

Just like any other call center really, not a particularly exciting place to work at, but also not the worst place either. Most of the people you work with are cool i guess...

None i can think of

Cons

If you don't like being stuck indoors all day then its very boring.

Good work/life balance and room for progression within the company

Fair shift patterns, good work/life balance even though we do have to work some weekends. Excellent rate of pay with benefits and room to progress within the company.

Sometimes have to work until 8pm
