it all depends on what department you worked on at first, i was on the phones making outbound calls to homeowners around the Essex area it was fun but hard at the same time, i also spent a day on the door canvasing that was hard walking around and having doors shut in your face most of the time, it was also fun when the people were nice and had a little chit chat. the work place environment was always cheerful everyone gets along and has a mess around and laugh once in a while, the managers are fantastic their and are very helpful and sportive when need be. the hardest part of the job is trying to book the appointments but if you know what your doing its easy. but the most enjoyable part of it is the people who work there and the atmosphere.

Best paying job and great people

I currently work here and have done for some time, I love it! Fast paced for the ones who need it, fun and relaxed office. Different Incentives all the time, extra bonuses available too! The big boss man is great, livens up the room with French and he is genuinely a great guy. Days off if and when u need them, no questions. Gr8 pay and overall a fun environment. You get back what u put in . You

the place was run like a school, they employ anyone even if you have no clue about the job or just simply dont work well on the telephone i really wouldnt advise anyone to work here

targets way to high

targets for new staff members are way to high and put to much pressure on them also would prefer to employ hose who would put make up on and were willing to dress like everday was friday night.
