No DBS... I could have been a paedo for all they knew! All they care about is drugs and the tests are done by saliva anyway - ridiculous

Provide a service that allows your passengers to get to their place of work, education, family or hospital visits without having to worry if the bus will arrive or not, lower fares it is cheaper to travel by taxi with two people than buying two bus tickets, invest in new buses they are a disgrace in Scotland, smell of dampness, don't get cleaned properly, poorly maintained not reliable constantly breaking down.

Sort the management team out, its not very nice being ignored when you lodge an official complaint against someone, its also downright rude to be told there would be an exit interview, but not receive any contact from a line manager.Scrap the banked hours contract, the whole idea behind it was so that we didn't have to work when the Colleges were on Vacations, now there is other work in between College runs and during vacations, there is no need for the hours to be banked.Tell your managers to actually listen to what the drivers are telling them, instead of totally ignoring them. The most shocking management team I have ever had the misfortune to work under.

Weekly paid
Answered 8 October 2019
4 weeks as standard, plus days in lieu for working bank holidays, raising to 5 weeks after 5 full years (jan to dec), with the option then to get days in lieu or double time for bank holiday work.

Is the interview hard
Asked 4 March 2019
Not really. Pretty standard induction day. Watch a presentation, fill out forms and complete medical for your provisional, short driving assesment in a van and providing that goes well a casual 1 on 1 interview with a manager.
Answered 4 March 2019
A written test, maths questions and a driving assessment.
