Im already a professional bus driver working in and around London but I'm soon moving house to Colchester area I'm looking at bus driving jobs from your company FIRST BUS but ive been told you will not accept me as I have 6 points on my car licence is this true pls

  • I work within Leeds. And work long hours, although some would say its good pay £12PH, you sacrifice so much.
    Home life and a social life is almost non existent.
    You can start from 0400 and finish upto 0100. Which is ridiculous. 11 hour days are the norm, with the occasional 8 hour day being chucked in.
    36.5 hours over 4 days, which turns into 50 with travel and unpaid breaks.
    Do not recommend.

  • Depends on the depot. I started my training with 6 points for CD10 however they came off my licence during my 2 weeks learning period

  • Unless it's for drink drive or dangerous drive you should be ok
