What is the best part of working at the company? i have proven track record of solving customer issues related to service use, troubleshooting and billing in an effective and professional manner. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? When customers are highly frustrated, though I am a highly results-oriented customer services associate with over 13 years experience, building productive with relationship all customersregardless of the situation, whether its an unhappy customer or an unusual busy call What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Fantastic assistant as well as team work. Flexible shift and Fair policies. High quality hygiene . What is a typical day like for you at the company? working together as a team and achieving the daily target

Underpaid constantly, poor training, zero support. Hadn’t had a single correct payslip, would raise the issue but never got resolved. Training was 50% watching slide shows about totally irrelevant things to the actual role itself, the other 50% was playing silly games and waiting for the trainer/TL to be available. Once you’re out of training good luck, getting ahold of your TL is impossible and the volume of work is crazy. You’ll instantly regret joining firstsource which is why they have such a high turnover. Management are so vindictive and abrasive, you’ll quickly see through the fake positivity. It’s such a weird environment it’s beyond toxic

Jobs awful, management don’t care about you or your wellbeing, your just a number to them. You receive hardly any help or assistance and when you do they just tell you to check the knowledge system which you’ve obviously already done.

Was just an ok place to work. Good people and banter. Poor pay and it can be long hours. Not very willing to support colleagues on issues. Progression possible
