Some management are great, others shouldn’t be in the position and hr have always been dodgy, if they want you out they’ll make sure it happens.Only certain managers will appreciate you achieving kpi’s or helping with additional work, the rest are very negative

Terrible place to work for , no consideration for staff at all. The management was okay but again not great. Just overall not a great place to work in or company to work for

Not a bad place to work, long hours however. Pay was decent when you hit bonus. If you’re looking for a job where you work and go home it’s fine.. not much career progression.

Fast-paced but fair pay

The job is fast-paced but staff/team leaders are really helpful and approachable. Hardest part of the job is just dealing with customer's emotions but the most enjoyable part of the job is the people -- friendliness of everyone.
