Firstsource Solutions Employee Review

Repetitive but rewarding

I have just finished working for First Source as the contract ended with their client. I enjoyed working for FS. I found the management to be approachable and friendly, always on hand for help, wages and bonuses were never missed. Going to miss working for FS

Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless desperate. Bad pay, bad hours just taking the brunt of phone calls. Are just a number to the company. Stats unrealistic and do not take common sense into account

Generally a poorly run call centre

It is what it is. So people are great some are the worst. It's really a last resort kind of place. Will ruin your mental health and empathy for people.

Poor management, Poor assistance, Non-Job Relavent training, Punished for illness/personal issues, Never kept a single promise made kn the year I was there

fun to be had if you want, stressful and relaxed at the same time..... i think the management care about the stats but the employee's don't...... ok place to work..... nice people in general
