Worked there for two years, met some amazing crew/ managers. Values weren't followed, managers had favourites. I'd rate it a 2 but the pay was really good

When managers are good shift is good however managers change and shift changes from good to bad. Lods of hardwork. Good bonuses based on store performance.

Very fun to work and always something to do. Flexible hours, you give them what days and shifts Yu can do and you are given exactly that. Also secret shopper

They really appreciate there employees, the company doesn’t just care about money, they actually put time into looking after there employees and appreciating hard work
