forced to clean whilst there was plenty of customers waiting to be served, managers didnt care about staff. unenjoyable place to work and felt likeit based purely off favourtism.

Really enjoyed working here. It can be busy, but it makes the time go quicker. Workmates definitely make the job more fun and the salary wasn't too bad when i left.

Overworked and forced “culture”

Free food and secret bonuses are the only good things. Company claims to be a “family” but is quick to point fingers and push blame. Management are delusional and lots of them power trip / expect unreasonable things.Work life balance is awful and rota can be given out with as little as 48h notice. Shifts can be very long 7-4 12-9 4-2Physically demanding and tiring job especially if the store is busy.
