Management is a complete failure
Very intimidating atmosphere, management and group leaders are mostly focused on pointing out your mistakes instead of helping you get through them. Meetings with tour leaders are strictly informative, but they tell you to send an emails with fake examples of how they’ve helped you in your job. Work-life balance is a myth. If you’re not from Germany/Usa/France you basically have to stay after hours. There’s no other way to complete your probation...

Productive workplace with friendly people
Everyone works together towards achieving common targets and towards making the company grow and be better, whether it is sales staff or corporate staff. The management team are very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. The culture is also great, a very international environment with sociable teams and monthly events where everyone can get together.

Worst company
The management, the culture & the company are the worst I have ever seen. The work environment is very stressful and you cannot trust anyone. It will automatically go to the management.

I have been working for Flashbay couple of years. I can honestly said that if you do not belong to US, German or French market you are in a very bad position. Moreover, the Company is managed by a very poor management. I will try to make a detailed breakdown of all awful features of this Company: THE MANAGMENT This "Management" has one only goal; bully, intimidate and blackmail you day by day in many ways. They never listen the advices coming from Account Managers and if only try to give some suggestions they are authorized to blackmail you closing Leads for many days, cutting your commissions (already at the lowest market level) or in some cases they force you to leave the Company masterminding a real exit strategy. They are manic of control, there is Dept. that is in charge only for check your emails and calls and if you fail their controls you are in trouble. RECRUTING PROCESS For the newbies they have studied a very profitable strategy in terms of advertising. They attract you posting on every site a package made by salary plus commissions up to 70K but you are lucky if you can earn 30K, less in many cases...Polish Team knows. Once you have been hired their training program is half decent, they do not have time to follow you so they give you a computer and an online platform called THE SALES HERO ACADEMY and that's it, you will be trained by your own, ridiculous. After the probation period if you are lucky enough that one of your senior colleague leave the Company you have the opportunity to share his customer's portfolio earning lot pounds more but If does not happen you are doomed to one of the lowest commissions scheme ever seen. Moreover, the job is very repetitive, no progression, low commissions, once a month a baguette from Pret is the only treat you deserve. DAYS OFF, SICK DAYS Talking about the sick leave you have 5 days per year and the Company takes seriously that issue but there are some exceptions. If you are one of the Senior Account Manager you can do literally everything you want, take more the 10 day sick without any disciplinary action from the Company Management, you are basically untouchable. There are people that continuously every Monday call sick and at the end of the year they double your days of rest in total. If you instead are a newbie the Company Management start bully you by email, they do not pay your days even if they are due, they black mail you verbally...there are many examples of this and few of them are very recent. COLLEGUES I think only 20 people are utterly happy to work there, Team and Group Leaders, Sales Director and HR Manager, they are the only people laughing in the office maybe because their good salary but the other are forced to keep the head hide by the computer monitor to avoid reprisals. NEW BUSINESS Considerable part of your income comes from the new business development. First of all because Company pays good commission if you win the new business competition. But there are some distinctions, if you are a probationar they pump you up giving you all the best new Leads, differently if you are a senior or a “no longer probationar” you have to count only on your repeated business income and is not enough for the monthly target neither. Very often happen that people just arrived win the new business award and other awards overtaking with their commission the senior colleagues. Moreover the Company prefer young, inexpert and flexible people because they can be easily threatened instead of more mature employees who are less flexible and more skilled, but they do not like skilled people or smart people, they do love slaves, people who says YES even if is wrong. HR DEPT. Talking about the HR management and the recruiting process, if you will have enough jinx to be recruited for the role REMEMBER FIRMLY that the person in charge to follow all the process, the HR Manager, is only half decent In such a role, so don’t be scared. CAREER PROGRESSION All the possibilities to succeed are impeded. Only specific people will have the opportunity to become a Group Leader (impossible move forward this step). GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS For these reasons people turnover is very fast, Company’s policy is hire and fire continuously, many people are literally disappeared in few days, many other have left when they realized how bad the environment is, if you are thinking to apply, please, make a favor to your self – respect and quit before it’s too late. Be aware before apply that such a folks are really bad, borderline and remember that, if hired, you will face a huge amount of stress more than any other Company you could work for. Good luck fellas.

Interview was horrendous
Never have I ever experienced an interview like it. The lady who interviewed me was very rude and obnoxious came across like I was in a police interrogation.
