Lack of teamwork. Too much responsibility on driver to achieve goals . manage clueless

Poorly run place to work.management clueless.hurdles constantly put in front of you which hinder your job role.loading of vehicles is all handball which in turn can cause injuries to yourself

It’s only as hard as you make it

Great place to work, routine system could use a little work but overall it’s a nice place to be, everyone is really welcoming and helpful. Manager used to be a driver so is understanding of day to day things that happens out on the road.

I really enjoyed my time at flogas it was very team based and was a very enjoyable job. The work is very manual and physical but the clients and management are very good. I only left for personal reasons otherwise I wouldn't of.left

Poor Manager/Unhappy Staff.

I worked at Flogas Avonmouth very briefly during 2023 delivering Cylinders. I'll start with the The manager there: An extremely difficult individual to get on with which is why the turnover is high there,belittles staff in front of others, people skills are poor to none and this makes the environment quite toxic.The job itself is fine you will go in and do your Job and then go home approx -6am...

Awful place to work

Wouldn't let my worse enemy work there, worse job I've ever had, was overworked everyday, no one knew what was going on majority of the time. Sustained many injuries from working there and wasn't paid for them. Treated very unfairly and was a lot of favouritism there. Very very poor pay and management
