I would be very weary before you think about joining this agency. Very unreliable with shifts, sends you all over the place, pay is not very good either. only good thing about this company is they pay you on the day or the day following the shift.

What is the best part of working at the company?Flexible hours and support throughout, also the courses offered for personal progression. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing I have experienced so far .What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s a great balance and not too stressful.What is a typical day like for you at the company?It’ differs day to day which I find works out just fine.

Not as a main job it can be very quiet for shifts so people do bank with Florence the company is good to work for. I worked as Senior but was trained in the carehome I worked in I have a lot of experience, never left carehome with certicate but if I had still been working there I would be doing Chaps now. Feel it unfair all my hardwork medication training leadership has been for nothing
