There ok to work for at times if one of the managers don't like you your the first to be stood down even if people are doing an extra shift. You pay £205 aweek to hire a van but bave to pay £50 aweek van deposit for 10 weeks but if you don't tell them you paid 10 weeks they just keep taking but you get it back if you leave within 12 weeks but have to wait 28 days to apply for it . Rip Off Merchants

Applied for a self employed job using my own van and the wages were less than £150 per day and they wanted to charge me £25 a week for an invoice and using their accountant (which is compulsory). Therefore for using my own van - I would have been less than £125 a day. These people are CHANCERS lol

Strong Management Makes a Difference

For many this is a tough job, but it can be harder than it need la to be if you have poor management.The site managers who support the drivers on a day-to-day basis are great. You can tell they’re under a lot of pressure but they do everything they can to accommodate your needs.

It's been a while since I worked for Flow Logistics but the job is what it is, a underpaid couier for Amazon. When I was there the management was great, and I assume it still is, however the workload was shocking. After van deductions and fuel costs you were earing next to £8 an hour if that.

Management from top to bottom poor. Everyone is winging it. Rip off.

Very poor company to work for. Invoicing errors. Dishonest eg damage to vehicle charges. Management couldn't care less about their team just themselves and early finishes. Never accountable. Expect u to work overtime that you are not paid for and costs you money in fuel. I could go on.
