Great place although some equipment could do with being updated. Salary doesnt seem to fit the current salaries in the same category. Bonus is easy achieved if you are a hard worker and can manage your times efficiently.

Worst place I've ever worked

Worst company I've ever worked for, full of broken promises, the management don't know the front end of a car from the back end. The managers only care about there bonus. If there's a problem job or something that needs addressing the management will hide away in there office and throw the workers under the bus rather than back them up. The management don't buy stock,tools or equipment as it effects there bonus. They take 30% of the allocated time on every job making it impossible for you to complete the job in time without cutting corners which compromises quality and safety

decent to start but after a few months the prehistoric management will take advantage of your can do attitude and the rest of the employees more than one couple will simply ignore the quality of your work and use their lack of natural skills to enhance their own position a very clique minded factory , cant believe i lasted so long

They talk a good talk but in reality....

It's a murky pool of false promises like a "fantastic" basic salary of £23464 p.a. for 47.5 long hours p.w. which equates to a poultry 9.50 p.h. Poor company ethics, lack of facilities and glaringly obvious reviews from management. Come on! You guys couldn't lie straight in bed

Very bad company to work with and dishonest managers and no health and safety or COVID-19 policies and dishonest team members untidy washroom and canteen
