Dynamic and busy
Seems like no two days are the same, management seem effective and to know the ins and outs of each role and requirement. Learning quickly and being given responsibilty.

disorganised and unstructured
They promise a lot but regularly underdeliver towards their clients. Not enough resources to do a good job which translate into shameful delivery delays.Inability to recruit additional good team members to support delivery ambitions. Line management is very poor. There are some good and astute colleagues out there but this does not do it all.

Worst company to work
Overall, bad place to work. Too much work, not enough benefits. Way too much overtime. They never care about the actual needs of the company. Racist and rude atmosphere. Managers have no social skills. Favouritism and culture of the public shame and blame game. Micromanaging your time to the second and massive mistrust of the employees.
