Answered 6 November 2020The lack of trust and micromanaging of staff makes it uncomfortable to work from home but that is just my experience.
Answered 6 November 2020Although the deadlines were challenging, they were achievable. For me the most stressful part of the job was the management. They were not supportive, training wasn't provided and if you asked for guidance, you would get an abrupt response. If you got something wrong, it was made public knowledge. That was just the experience I had during the year I worked there. Hopefully your time will be different. Good luck.

Answered 5 November 2020Due to the volume of work, I generally worked in excess of 12 hours a day - obviously the time over my contracted hours were unpaid so the overall package was not compensatory for the effort and stress.
