Only care about paperwork being done.
Management awful, money good only because you have to do 12 hrs shifts. Training non existent, they want you to run machines with basic knowledge. Don't care what you think as long as the paperwork is signed off correctly. Playing at health and safety. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Machine Operator
Worked here for two months the first two weeks training on a machine packing large bags of dried dog food. The machine I was on was always breaking down and the trainer who had been at the company for ever was very anti any new faces and stressed out you could not query anything he said or he would bite your head off. The management backed this man at every stage. I was later put on another machine with another old employee and he had the same mine set as the first person. It later transpired that numerous people had been through the same process and had left the company due to these people who were terrified you may do better than them at the job. They simply felt threatened by you? There were numerous simple faults with the machines which you personally could easily rectify but they would not let you deal with the problem? Again management were not at all supportive of your ideas and you always felt surppressed by them to protect the old network? I left the company a few weeks later for a professional compay

No respect for workforce
Just totally alienated the conti shift workers. The senior managements opinions of this role is the 4 days off are the benefits NOT the pay. Sacrifice of weekend working is not any longer represented in the pay packet. The pay grades in this company are worlds apart. Some peoples roles are considered more important than others. Teamwork would be improved by correcting this, as NOT MY JOB" attitude.
