I've worked at footlocker in athens for 4 months. Now I'm about to work for an adidas shop. I have to say that it's a different experience compared to other retail companies. You have to approach every single customer if possible and promote certain products such as insoles, socks and cleaning foams and gels. There is a good climate between the coworkers. It has to be, because working at footlocker is a team job. It can get a bit tough on rush hours but it's a fine job for the things you do. You also get 0.01 % bonus on personal sales.
