Can be fun, but v inconsistent and unbalanced company.
Its a very fun place to work as you get to meet different people form all kinds of backgrounds and can really get chance to know and talk to people. But the company asks too much of its employees without paying them or giving them any added incentive to work harder for the company. Commission rates are so so poor the pay is minimum wage and the breaks are unpaid. You're also forced to sell products that make the company massive profit margins but you yourself will reap barely any benefit from.
Pros
Pushed to work
Cons
Long hours, forced to sell products, unpaid breaks.

It’s not bad.
Footlocker isn’t a bad place to work at all, the pay is kind of low and w/o commission you rely on bonuses (as a manager) to boost your checks but it’s not bad at all. Everyone is pretty cool but you’ll be bouncing around stores a lot if you’re a manager so you’ll have a different family every where you go. It’s not bad as a start but it’s not a forever job if you have bigger goals.
Pros
Flexibility
Cons
