Shop Floor Assistant in Birmingham, West Midlands

Not very interesting
You do the same thing everyday which gets repetitive. Management think your life depends on the job. But good customer service experience and targets to meet

I felt very comfortable working
I would actually recommend this place to younger people who have just started working like 16 year olds because they'll give you enough experience alongside have a good working environment- I feel like this place will set the standard of working and how you should feel in a work place when looking for another job and will give you a good amount of experience in shoes and clothing- hope this review helps!

Lovely staff
Personally I think it’s not a bad place to work, everywhere can get tough but I believe the staff are extremely welcoming and make this a great place to work
Customer Experience Advisor in Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Customer Experience advisor
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 at home, it can be very stressful if your doing live chats, you do two at once and if your on them for over a certain amount of time you get constant messages from team leaders. The stress sometimes really isn't worth the pay. When asking for help you'll either get an instant reply or it takes managers 20 mins to get back to you. I left recently. Just wasn't worth the stress.
Sales Assistant in United Kingdom

Fun at times, but mostly micromanaging
-Friendly team of sales assistants- Easy to find tasks to keep busy-Underpaid- Good environment sometimes but the bad outweighs the good- controlling managers who don't care about employees wellbeing
